Sigh. We live in the suburbs outside Ottawa. I have a 32km drive to work that takes an hour on the average day. I don’t know my neighbours and to get groceries I have to get in my car, drive all alone, and meander giant rows of boxed ‘food’. The streets are packed with cars since you need to drive everywhere and there’s another 260 acres of development slated for the fields across the road from us.  Traffic sucks, and I’m just not happy in the suburbs.  Read the rest of this entry »
